Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Overview

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for services purchased from Cadnative Design Solution (Nagpur, Maharashtra, India). We provide freelance software development and design services, including Shopware e-commerce development and IMOS IX parametric design. This policy applies to payments made directly to us; orders placed through Fiverr or Upwork are governed by the respective platform's cancellation and refund policies.

2. Cancellation by the client

• Before work begins — you may cancel for a full refund of any advance paid.
• After work has started — you may cancel at any time by written notice. We will invoice for work completed up to the date of cancellation on a pro-rata basis and refund any remaining advance.
• Completed milestones — payments for milestones that have been delivered and accepted are non-refundable.

3. Cancellation by us

If we are unable to deliver the agreed services for any reason, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund of any amount paid for undelivered work.

4. Refund process & timelines

To request a refund, email info@cadnative.com with your payment reference and the reason for the request. We review all requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days; depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.

5. Non-refundable items

• Third-party costs incurred on your behalf (licenses, hosting, plugins, domains).
• Work already delivered and accepted by you.
• Charges for consultation sessions that have already taken place.

6. Disputes

If you disagree with a refund decision, contact us and we will work with you in good faith to resolve the issue. This policy is governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India, consistent with our Terms of Service.
